How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Landoverall Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You may write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Landoverall Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Landoverall Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Massachusetts.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@landoverall.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
What Happens After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
